Why World of Warcraft is the new Social Networking site…
I just read an article by Mark Dykeman that I really think you should read! Mark, a former MMORPGer himself, takes a moment to compare MMORPGs, like World of Warcraft, with Social Networking sites, like Facebook. He draws some very clear comparisons between the two and does a bang-up job of showing how much alike these two industries really are.
